Who is this guy?

Michael J. Norton wrote sitcoms in Hollywood, then spent decades building brand strategies for Maybelline, Toyota, LVMH, Martha Stewart, and the launch of GOOP. Since 2015 he’s taught marketing and branding at Parsons School of Design, and served two terms as board chair of The Trevor Project. He’s an avid reader, a pop-culture addict, and a dedicated — albeit wobbly — yogi.

Questions?

Not really. It’s a collection of funny, sharp essays inspired by things overheard in and around yoga class — about getting unstuck in your personal, professional, and romantic life. You don’t have to do yoga (or even like it) to enjoy it.
Anyone navigating a shift — whether you’re 20, 40, or 60. People who want to reflect but would rather laugh. And it makes a great gift for the person in your life who won’t touch a traditional self-help book.
